As part of the special project . . .

 . . . for a patient (foreign soldier from combat zone with fracture from a bullet) with multi resistant infections. We were able to modify the revision prosthesis specifically for this case. A special anti-infective coating was applied to to combat MRSA and multi resistant organisms.
