The head fracture is particularly suitable for the supply of a femoral neck fracture in patients at an advanced age. The easy handling of the head fracture, there is a low load on the patient and shorten the duration of surgery.

The large diameter ensures a high risk of discolation, which is for central importance of the patient. Due to the highly polished metal surface the natural acetablum is particularly protected.

Fracture head is combined with a hip stem 12/14 and used as a sliding taper with the natural acetablum . The head fracture is available in diameters from 40 to 60 millimeters, and with the neck sizes S/M/L in a 4 millimeter increments

The fracture of the head of implant steel ISO 5832-9 quality is combined with the upper materials implant steel ISO 5832-9, ISO 5832-4 and ISO 5832-12 CoCrMo, Ti6Al4V ISO 5832-3 and ISO 5832-11 Ti6Al7Nb.
